1. Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and components.
- Be free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
2. Change of Mind Policy
Because each order is processed promptly to ensure fast delivery, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind.
- No longer wanting the product.
- Ordering by mistake.
- Ordering the wrong item, size, color, or quantity.
- Personal preference.
- The item was purchased as a gift and is no longer needed.
- Finding the product elsewhere after placing the order.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered processing.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
During busy periods, orders may begin processing immediately after they are placed.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number.
- Description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once approved, we may provide:
- A replacement at no additional cost.
- A full refund.
- Store credit.
In some cases, you may not be required to return the damaged item.
5. Return Requests

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The item is defective.
- The incorrect item was delivered.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Foundry Lane is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request has been approved.
7. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law or when the error was caused by Foundry Lane.
Refunds may be denied if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival).
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or Final Sale items.
- Orders refused due to change of mind or personal preference.
