1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

During periods of high demand, product launches, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 6–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
  • Canada: 6–12 business days
  • Australia: 6–12 business days
  • New Zealand: 6–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery may vary depending on:

  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Local delivery networks
  • High shipping volume
  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

3. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Foundry Lane is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refused deliveries
  • Orders returned due to customer error

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your shipment at any time using the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email or through the tracking page on our website.

If you have not received tracking information within a few business days after your order has been processed, please contact our support team.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit due to the shipping carrier, we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Foundry Lane is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays outside our control
  • Packages delayed by customs
  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing afterward

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government fees.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Foundry Lane is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, or additional fees imposed by local authorities.
